Remove from heat. Add a dash of hot liquid to the cocoa powder to make a paste. Add the rest & stir till smooth ( it clumps very easily making it hard to dissolve) so add a little at a time. Add chocolate to mix & whisk till smooth then run thru a fine strainer.

Simmer 3-4 minutes. Let cool. Grate the chocolate on the large side of a cheese grater. Brush the rim of the coffee cup w/ the cooled simple syrup. Rim the cup in the grated chocolate. Fill w/ with delicious coffee or hot chocolate & Enjoy!
