Cloud 9 Chocolate delivers year-round to our customers and we try hard to ensure that your chocolate is delivered fresh and in good condition.
Advance orders are welcome and will be shipped on the day specified by the customer. To place an advance order,
specify the shipping date in the "Special Instructions" section on the checkout page.
Orders shipped via 2nd day are generally shipped Monday through Wednesday only.
- Cloud9chocolatess is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS or any other shipping service due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
- All orders require a street address and phone number and may not be shipped to P.O. boxes.
- Orders placed after 1:00 pm CST Monday-Wednesday will not be processed until the following business day.
- Orders placed after 1:00 pm CST Friday-Sunday will not processed until the following Monday.
USPS is our preferred shipping vendor.
Orders are not shipped on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays to ensure minimal time in transit. You will receive email
confirmation when your order is shipped. ( Except this year the date Christmas falls)
We understand it can get hectic so we offer this option for Escambia, So. Santa Rosa & So. Okaloosa counties. $75 min order. Please call 850-982-9761 to make arrangements.
Shipping Rates and Methods
We ship USPS... Our standard shipping, which is charged during checkout, is sent Priority - 2-3 business days.
For Expedited shipping, we offer you an Overnight Shipping Upgrade.
If you are placing your order after 12:00 noon EST, your order will not be shipped until the following business day. Orders are not shipped on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays to ensure minimal time in transit. You will receive email confirmation when your order is shipped.
Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or international destinations. We are not responsible for delivery delays experienced by FedEx due to weather or mechanical error and are, therefore, unable to offer refunds for those reasons.
Please select your preferred delivery date at checkout and we will ship your order to arrive as close to your desired delivery date as possible.
No Signature Required
All orders are shipped "no signature required " which means the package will be left at the shipping address, which may mean simply left on a residential doorstep. We are not responsible if the package is lost or stolen after FedEx has completed the delivery.
Shipping chocolate can be hap hazard if the temperature at any point is 70 degrees or warmer. At these times, we highly suggest that you choose the Next Day shipping. We use Styrofoam-lined containers and ice packs for protection. If you choose 2nd Day shipping, we are not responsible if the chocolates arrive melted and cannot offer a refund. Please note that late spring and all through the summer we only offer Next Day shipping.
